in general I would agree with you, many of my mates have had issues with these :( but personally I can not fault mine. They are 1/4 the price of hopes and hopes are defo not 4x better than mine. I have been on many trips 2 fort william, inners, AE, Hamsterly and they have held up fine! The power is much better than other sub £50 brakes ( elixir 3, stroker ) its all down to how you set them up and look after them I guess. I will agree the rotors are not the best! :)
